Wholesale clothing supplier Apparel Candy is joining the fight against breast cancer this month for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Apparel Candy is helping the campaign by raising awareness of the often terminal disease that affects millions of women around the world, and raising funds for research. According to the Breast Cancer Information Center, 200,000 new breast cancer patients are diagnosed in the United States each year alone. Breast Cancer Awareness Month was started in 1985 by the largest manufacturer of breast cancer drugs in order to promote the fight against breast cancer, and unites several breast cancer organizations for the campaign. The campaign works hard to educate women from everywhere about early detection, including underdeveloped nations, and funds research to help find the cause, prevention of and hopefully the cure for the disease.

This month, Apparel Candy has pledged to donate $2 of every order placed in October to the American Cancer Society to help the fight. Apparel Candy will show their ongoing support to help fight this disease by also promoting awareness to its clientele.
